I have ‘REPLY’ beside post number… That is all

Take a look now... I've given you a moderator security role to see if that fixes the issue. Let me know.

so if you need any help just lemme know

Thanks Simon, much appreciated. I'm not keen on minification of JS and CSS files, as this tends to break the site in my experience... particularly those with more complex functionality.

At the moment, things seem to be running much more quickly, so I'm going to leave things to settle down for a while.

Well, I'm sure Megabrain Mike will know what to do. I've got zero knowledge/skill in this area , Christina, other than drawing out info about the symptoms!

Weird… Still don't see it. Lots of other functionality up there now but still no 'quote' option. No big deal really. Just wondered how everyone else was able to quote others so beautifully.

Jolly good. For some bizarre reason, the plugin deactivates quotes functionality for "super" users... clearly you were not as super as we thought you were 😉

I've fixed this... but I'm not sure what to call you now... an "extra super" user... a "really rather good" user... more first world problems.

How about, "a pain in the…" Second thoughts, no. Not that! 🙂

Thank you very much for looking into it and resolving the quote issue!!!

Hi Mike/Christina

I seem to be unable to post new topics. When I click submit, it just returns me to the topics list. I was trying to post post in observing and imaging section. Can you resolve please?

Secondly, the search facility doesnt give me any results for the forum topics, only in other areas of the flamsteed website. Can we have a search facility for the content of the forum too as there are so many topics to wade through when trying to find something.

Thanks!

It was posting... but it was marking the post as "spam". Something to do with the word "lovejoy" I think 😉

I've released all 3 of the posts from spam, but have deleted the first two.

I think you're using the wrong search box. You need to use the one in the forum index page here: http://flamsteed.info/forums/ . Direct link is here: http://flamsteed.info/forums/search/ .

I'm not sure how to get the main search box to search on forums as well, but I'll look into it.
