Photojournalist working on astronomy project

Hi folks,

I'm a London-based photojournalist working on a project focused on the contributions of amateur astronomers to the field.

I'm looking to liaise with anybody who is passionate about astronomy and is looking to contribute to the knowledge base - perhaps through observing asteroids, long term follow-up of comets, supernova confirmation, general astrophotography or even somebody that has built their own telescope.
