At long last I got some planetary imaging done. This was an opportunity to test a new Point Grey camera with a new colour chipset. I have some more captures to process but first signs are positive. Seeing was about 5/10 I reckon as Jupiter was wobbling all over the place.

Hopefully next time it will be clear when the GRS is visible but we had Callisto in the frame at least. Kit used was APM 152/8 with 4x Barlow and ADC
Always nice to get the added bonus of a Galilean moon!
Beautiful surface detail, particularly in the south equatorial and temperate belts.
