Don't, of course, forget Dallas's own book - Ad Astra: An Illustrated Guide to Leaving the Planet!
13m05s - Show Me the World of Space Travel – Julian May, 1961
Possibly available online or via second-hand bookshops - hard to get hold of!
26m55s - Somnium (The Dream) – Johannes Kepler, 1634

31m20s - The Man in the Moone – Bishop Francis Godwin, 1648 (William Poole edition)
This is the book in which a character called Gonzales is flown to the Moon by geese! Available through online booksellers in print (around £14-15) or as an e-book (£2). There are other editions that are a little bit cheaper, but the one edited by William Poole was the version that Dallas recommended because of the accompanying notes.

43m00s - For the ‘planning’ infographic Dallas referred to, Google: Ronald Jones integrated space plan
1h10m10s - Selecting the Mercury Seven - Colin Burgess
