"Where is M13 application"

While Stellarium is the most widely used planetarium software guide to the night sky from Earth's perspective, the following free application gives a mapping of the most common deep space objects from an external galactic view with scale distances shown relative to earth within our galaxy our outside out galaxy.

The software is called "Where is M13?"

By default. only Messiers are listed but go to the filter menu options to show all other catalogue items such as NGCs, Caldwell, Bayer stars etc. If you show all catalogues then show all objects, it gives a nice view of all the objects' locations from a universal or galactical view. Explore the menu for presets such as constellation sectors etc.
